For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a thing for hoodies. A great hoodie is like a security blanket of sorts for me. At last count, I had fifteen in my closet. This time of year, I begin to throw them into hardcore rotation. The holidays require a dad to wear many hats hoodies. I decided that I needed a hoodie that was going to be able to keep up with me and everything this dadlete (dad+athlete) had to do to make this holiday perfect. So, I put together a recipe for my perfect hoodie.
Here’s the recipe for my perfect hoodie.
Ingredients:
- One hoodie that can withstand and then still look great after…
Instructions:
- Picking out a tree and then strapping it to the top of your car.
- Driving said tree home. Dragging it into my house, putting it into the stand and then realizing I have to take it back outside and cut six inches off of it because it won’t fit in the living room.
- Climbing into the attic to grab 16 boxes of decorations.
- Fending off the family of squirrels that have decided to take up residency in the box of “good” ornaments.
- Decorating the tree with bandaged fingers (the squirrels were very adamant about staying in that box).
- Turning on the lights and realizing that it was all worth it.
Russell must have taken a look at my recipe. My new Russell Premium Fleece is a perfect hoodie.
- Thermic power for warmth and comfort.
- Raglan sleeves for increased range of motion.
- Paneled hood and adjustable drawcord for snug fit.
- Full zip design for personalized styling and adjustable for ventilation.
- Tagless label for less irritation.
- Machine washable.
They have a few different styles to choose from.
- Fleece Pullover Hoodie
- Fleece Full-Zip Hoodie
- Fleece Crew
They come in size S – 5XL and are available exclusively at Walmart and on walmart.com.
I have a full-zip hoodie. It’s ridiculously comfy, but it doesn’t look or feel sloppy. Some hoodies will stretch out the more that you wear them. But, the Russell Premium Fleece Hoodies look great and they are the perfect gift for all of the dadlete’s out there.
